This Commercial Electronic Message Information Text has been prepared by ASPA PAZARLAMA VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“LOVO”) to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“ECL”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ECL”), and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP”) and related legislation.
Your personal information (name, surname) and contact information (email address, phone number) that you have shared with LOVO may be used by LOVO for marketing communication activities if you give your consent for commercial communications. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Turkish Electronic Communications Law (ETK) and based on your explicit consent under Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages through the channels you have approved, including WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, and email; conducting customer satisfaction studies; performing marketing analyses; carrying out advertising, campaign, and promotional activities; promoting and marketing products and services; creating customer-focused campaigns; offering you special opportunities through LOVO business partners; identifying target audiences; analyzing user behavior to improve the experience; conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities; conducting personalized segmentation and analysis studies; internal reporting activities; planning and executing market research and customer satisfaction activities; customizing and recommending products and services to you according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; and planning and executing customer relationship management.
You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic commercial communications at any time. Your personal data may be processed by LOVO directly or through service providers, and shared with technological infrastructure providers, solely for the purposes stated above. To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and to submit your requests regarding your personal data, you can apply to LOVO through the Personal Data Protection Application Form located at https://www.lovostudio.co.
