Due to this unique manufacturing process, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, we kindly request that you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a manufacturing defect is found after inspection, we will gladly initiate an exchange or refund process for your product.

Minor variations in stitching, form, or texture, which are a natural part of the handmade production process, are not considered manufacturing defects. These differences form the unique character of each LOVO piece.
