Membership and Privacy Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ASPA PAZARLAMA VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at ALACAATLI MAH. PARK CAD. 5. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect until the MEMBER cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by the Company.
5.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving unilateral notice to the other party.
6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over all disputes related to or arising from this Agreement.
7. EFFECTIVE DATE
The MEMBER's registration is completed upon the MEMBER's reading and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is concluded and enters into force at the moment the MEMBER becomes a MEMBER.
